The Bloomington Classical Guitar Society is a new, not-for-profit, tax exempt corporation dedicated to advancing the art of classical guitar in South Central Indiana through performance, education and outreach. Regular meetings occur on the third Saturday of each month from 2 to 4:00pm. Ensemble rehearsals take place on the first and third Saturdays from 1 to 2:00pm. All meetings and rehearsals will be held at the Monroe County Historical Museum (202 E 6th Street) in Bloomington. |

| We currently have one formal concert scheduled for the 2002-2003 Season. The Bloomington Classical Guitar Society and the Bloomington Area Arts Council will present local guitarist Stephen Sobiech at the Waldron Auditorium on February 8, 2003 at 8:00pm. A Master Class will be held the following day in the Rose Firebay from 2 to 4:00 pm. New members are always welcome! We encourage participation by guitarists and guitar enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Member dues are as follows: Lifetime
