The Bangkok Guitar Society will presesnt the 6th Thailand International
Guitar Festival & Competition October 11 - 15 2006. This year's event will feature Concerts by Costas Cotsiolis, Leon Koudelak, Roberto Limon, Zoran Dukic, Daisuke Susuki, and Woratep Rattana-umpawan.

Guitar makers represented include Yuichi Imai, Karl-Heinz Rommich, Kim Hee Hong, Rux Chingsakol, Wiroon Songbundit, Apirak Jiratpikalpong, Rungson Termpittayavej

Prizes in the 6th Thailand International Guitar Competition include
1st Prize : Hand made Guitar by Yuichi Imai (Japan)
2nd Prize : Hand made Guitar by Karl-Heinz Rommich (Germany)
3rd Prize : Hand made Guitar by Kim Hee Hong (Korea)
